Preparation
- Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
- Peel the citrus fruits and remove excess white pith.
- Core and chop the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the kiwis into rounds or cubes.
- Carefully remove the pomegranate seeds.
Mixing
- Place all fruits in a large bowl and gently mix to avoid bruising.
- If using dressing, add just before serving and mix gently.
Notes
For a holiday version, add cranberries, figs, or chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, keeping dressing separate until serving.
