Casserole Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, chopped green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Assembly

  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer the turkey mixture evenly across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the turkey layer, making sure it's spread evenly to cover the filling.
  • Sprinkle your choice of shredded cheese on top of the stuffing layer.

Baking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once cooked, let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set nicely.

Notes

Can be customized with different vegetables, proteins, or cheeses. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Best served warm with cranberry sauce or salad.
