Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly on the bottom of the dish.
- Mix the cream cheese, strawberries, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cherry filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Cover leftovers with foil or plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds.
