Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 pieces bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
  • 2 cups milk Whole milk is preferred for creaminess.
  • 1 container strawberries, hulled and sliced Fresh strawberries enhance flavor.
  • 1 5 oz. box French Vanilla pudding Can substitute with chocolate pudding.
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese Room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz. container whipped topping For a lighter option, use light whipped topping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add the French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Layering

  • In a large serving dish, layer the vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas and strawberries.
  • Pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of pudding mixture on top.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the final layer.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For better texture, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. If layers get too mushy, let them sit in the fridge longer to firm up.
