  • 1 pound shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli Cut into florets
  • ½ cup cashews Chopped
  • ¼ cup spicy ginger lime aioli Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 medium onion Chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Adjust to taste

Preparation

  • Begin by chopping the onions and garlic.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Toss in the chopped onions and garlic, and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add in the broccoli and stir fry for another 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  • Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Once fully cooked, add the spicy ginger lime aioli and cashews to the pan and mix everything together for another minute.

Notes

To achieve the best flavor and texture, keep the heat high and work quickly. Overcooking the shrimp can make it tough, and vegetables should remain crisp.
