Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Can be substituted with chicken breasts.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust for a milder flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper Important for enhancing flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • green onions for garnish To be chopped for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic. Stir well until all ingredients are combined into a smooth sauce.
  2. Take the chicken thighs and season them with salt and pepper. Make sure to coat them evenly for the best flavor.
Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned chicken thighs.
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken thighs are cooked, lower the heat and pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Cook for an additional minute to warm the sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot for best flavor.

Notes

Make sure the skillet is hot enough before adding the chicken to achieve a nice sear. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to prevent steaming. Well-seasoned chicken enhances flavor.
