Ingredients
  

Seed Mixture
  • 1.5 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 0.33 cup flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2.25 cups water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or your favorite herb can use other herbs for flavor variation

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry seeds.
  2. Add the water and mix well to combine everything.
  3. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes to thicken into a gel-like consistency.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet into a thin layer about 1/5-1/6 inch (4-5 mm) thick.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, adjusting the time by +/- 10 minutes based on your desired level of crispiness.
  4. Halfway through baking, cut the crackers into squares for easier serving.
  5. Once baked, allow the crackers to cool completely before breaking them into pieces.

Notes

Store seed crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer freshness, refrigerate them. Use a variety of seeds and herbs for different flavors.
