Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and spread softened cream cheese evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Carefully roll the puff pastry into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Place the slices flat on the prepared tray and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

Make it ahead and bake just before serving. You can substitute walnuts with pecans or skip them entirely for a nut-free version. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of cranberry sauce on the side.
