  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled Cooked sausage helps prevent sogginess.
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled Make sure the eggs are fully set.
  • to taste optional shredded cheese Use cheddar or pepper jack.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix together.
  4. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Cool the roll-ups to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat as needed.
