Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  • Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix together.
  • Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  • Roll up the dough from the wide end.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Cool the roll-ups to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat as needed.
