Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix together.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool the roll-ups to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat as needed.
