- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear each stuffed chicken breast until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks, slice, and serve hot.
