Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden ones for 20 minutes)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).
  • Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
  • Grill method: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  • Oven method: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place skewers on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air fryer method: Set to 375°F. Cook skewers in batches for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let skewers rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with parmesan or parsley and serve with ranch or dipping sauce.

Notes

Usa parmesano recién rallado para mejor textura, añade un toque de cayena si te gusta el picante, o hierbas frescas como perejil o eneldo para más frescor. Si usas brochetas de madera, remójalas 20 minutos antes de cocinar. Sirve con ensaladas, arroz o como aperitivo con tus salsas favoritas.
