- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried onion flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir cooked noodles and browned beef into the soup mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil if the top begins to dry out.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
