  • 1 lb ground beef fresh and lean preferred
  • 10.75 oz tomato soup low sodium optional
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream / half n half
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp minced garlic jarred or fresh
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes or onion powder
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese green bottled kind
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried onion flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir cooked noodles and browned beef into the soup mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil if the top begins to dry out.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
