Ingredients
  

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.25 cup orange juice (fresh preferred)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a roasting pan with a rack.
  • Pat the turkey breast dry, rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on roasting rack.
  • In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, orange zest, mustard, and cinnamon. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  • Brush the turkey breast with half of the glaze. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour.
  • Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and roast for another 30–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra glaze if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure your turkey reaches the ideal internal temperature of 165°F. Let the meat rest before slicing to retain its juices. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or anytime you want a flavorful and festive roast.
