- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a roasting pan with a rack.
- Pat the turkey breast dry, rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on roasting rack.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, orange zest, mustard, and cinnamon. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Brush the turkey breast with half of the glaze. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and roast for another 30–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra glaze if desired.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure your turkey reaches the ideal internal temperature of 165°F. Let the meat rest before slicing to retain its juices. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or anytime you want a flavorful and festive roast.
