Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or line with parchment.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add vanilla or salt now if using.
- Mix in the oats and cocoa powder until well combined. Stir in any add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until firm and set in the middle.
- Let cool slightly, then cut or scoop and serve as a dessert.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Wrap pieces and freeze up to 2 months.
