  • 4 cups pineapple juice Canned or bottled works fine.
  • 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened) Unsweetened variety helps control sweetness.
  • ½ cup cream of coconut Sweet and thick, not the same as coconut milk.
  • ½ cup lime juice (to taste) Adjust to preference for tanginess.
  • ½ cup non-alcoholic rum (optional) For an adult-style version.

Preparation

  • Chill all liquids before mixing if you can.
  • In a large pitcher, pour the pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  • Stir the mix well until the cream of coconut blends.
  • Taste and add more lime juice if you want a tangier flavor.
  • Pour over ice and add garnish like lime wheels or cherries.
  • Serve at once and enjoy.

Notes

To keep the punch cold longer, chill all drinks before mixing. Stir well so the cream of coconut mixes evenly, and add lime juice slowly to avoid making it too sour. If you like it smoother, blend with ice for a frozen version.
