- Step 5: Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until softened. Mash slightly or puree for desired consistency.
- Step 6: Once cooled, spread strawberry topping over the cheesecake. Garnish with extra strawberries or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For a crunchier base, you can bake the graham cracker crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, even for this no-bake cheesecake.
