- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

- 16 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Gelatin (optional) For extra stability
