- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons Melted butter
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
For the Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened Full-fat recommended for best texture
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Whipped to soft peaks
