  • 1 cup Green tea freshly brewed
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated
  • 0.5 tsp Fenugreek seeds steeped or crushed
  • 0.5 Lemon juiced
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Brew a cup of green tea and steep the fenugreek seeds in it for 5–10 minutes.
  • 2. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger to the tea.
  • 3. Stir thoroughly and add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
  • 4. Serve warm or chilled. Best consumed in the morning or before meals.
