Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • ½ piece Fresh Lemon (juiced)
  • ½ tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 cup Warm Water Warm but not boiling
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional, can substitute with maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all of your ingredients.
  • Gently warm your water until it is comfortably warm but not boiling.
  • In a glass, pour in the raw apple cider vinegar. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice, then add the freshly grated ginger.
  • If using honey, stir it in until it dissolves.
  • Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir gently until everything is well combined.

Notes

This drink can be enjoyed first thing in the morning or throughout the day for a refreshing boost. Best consumed fresh; leftovers can be stored in the fridge for one day.
