Preparation
- Put peanut butter in a small bowl. Stir in honey if you want it sweeter.
- Place half the pretzels or crackers on a tray.
- Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on each.
- Add either a banana slice or a chocolate chip on top of the peanut butter.
- Top with the matching pretzel or cracker and press gently.
- If you like, dip half of each bite in melted chocolate and set on parchment paper.
- Chill 10 minutes to firm up, then serve.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or chilled. Pairs well with milk, tea, or coffee. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
