Instructions
Preparation

- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a rectangular loaf, about 9x12 inches in size.
Stuffing
- Create a well in the center of the meatloaf. Fill it with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach (if using), and a spoonful of marinara sauce.
- Carefully fold the meat around the filling, ensuring the edges are sealed to keep the stuffing inside.
Baking
- Spread the remaining marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
