  • 5 oz 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic, crushed (preferably fresh)
  • 1 cup 1 cup marinara sauce For dipping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
  • Layer on slices of ham, then top with salami, a layer of pepperoni, and a layer of provolone.
  • Then layer on sliced hot cherry peppers and sliced pepperoncini.
  • Replace the top bun and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Mix to combine.
  • Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the top of the sliders, ensuring to coat all the nooks and crannies.

Baking

  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy! Serve with a bowl of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh crushed garlic for best flavor. Press the layers gently so fillings stay even while baking. Brush butter well into seams so the top browns evenly. For best make-ahead ease, assemble and wrap, then refrigerate before baking.
