Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise (if using).
  • Add celery, grapes, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Serve on whole grain bread, lettuce wraps, or enjoy on its own.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken or cooked leftover chicken for convenience. You can swap Greek yogurt with avocado or add chopped apples or nuts for crunch. Best enjoyed chilled. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
