Classic Beef Burgers

  • 1 lb Ground chuck
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)

Beef Tacos

  • 1 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream (optional toppings)

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground chuck
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Beef Chili

  • 1 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 lb Ground chuck
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles (for serving)

Instructions
 

Classic Beef Burgers

  • Season ground chuck with salt and pepper, and form into patties.
  • Grill or pan-fry on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  • Assemble on buns with toppings of your choice.

Beef Tacos

  • Cook ground chuck in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve in taco shells or tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Meatballs

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix ground chuck, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a pan and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta, over rice, or as a sub sandwich.

Beef Chili

  • In a large pot, cook ground chuck over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook ground chuck in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
