Ingredients
  

For the Wraps

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  • Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Top with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try grilling the tortillas for 1-2 minutes before assembling. These wraps are also great with a sprinkle of crispy bacon or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
