Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (loosely packed)
  • 1 cup cold coconut water
  • 1 banana (sliced and preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 green apple (chopped)
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add spinach and coconut water. Blend until the greens are fully broken down and smooth.
  • Add banana, green apple, cucumber, lemon juice, and ginger to the blender. Blend again until everything is smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and give it a final quick blend to chill the smoothie.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your vibrant green detox boost!

Notes

Feel free to swap spinach for kale or romaine. Add chia or flax seeds for an extra fiber and omega-3 boost. Best consumed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For a colder blend, freeze your banana slices ahead of time.
