- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter until melted.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the spaghetti cool completely. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the fridge. It will last for about 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for longer storage in a freezer-safe container. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken for even cooking and browning. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste if you like it spicier or milder. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition and flavor.
