Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
- Roll out each biscuit until it's approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Filling and Baking
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges around it, pinching to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispness.
