Ingredients

Meat Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dough and Topping
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
  4. Roll out each biscuit until it's approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Filling and Baking
  1. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges around it, pinching to seal.
  2. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispness.
