Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the halved baby potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are golden and tender, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Next, add the bite-sized steak pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the steak and garlic. Stir to combine everything, allowing the flavors to meld, and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
Notes
To ensure your steak bites come out tender, don’t overcook them; aim for medium-rare to medium. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking for maximum juiciness.
