Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, add the garlic butter to the skillet, letting it melt and spooning it over the pork chops.
  3. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  4. Garnish the pork chops with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the pork chops to keep them tender. Make sure your skillet is adequately heated before adding the pork. Letting the pork chops rest after cooking is crucial for juicy meat.
