Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing (or prepared boxed stuffing)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • as needed cooking spray or oil for greasing pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix stuffing, chopped turkey, mozzarella, and dried cranberries until well combined.
  • Add eggs and breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir until it holds together like meatballs.
  • Use your hands to shape the mixture into 18 balls, about 2 inches in diameter each.
  • Place stuffing balls on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray or brush with oil.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and heated through. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

Make ahead and freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. You can swap dried cranberries with chopped dried apricots for a unique twist. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping!
