Ingredients
  

  • 450 g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked white or brown rice
  • 1 head lettuce (romaine, butter, or iceberg)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp mild spices (salt and pepper)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions until tender and set aside.
  • Season the chicken with garlic, soy sauce, and mild spices.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and slice the avocado.
  • Assemble the wraps by adding rice, chicken, and avocado into each lettuce leaf. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice, a drizzle of chili sauce, or a few drops of sesame oil before serving. Store chicken and rice separately and assemble wraps fresh for best texture.
