  • 12 ounces Linguine Or pasta of choice

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • 2. Add red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and parsley, then stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a minute.
  • 3. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • 4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a separate skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice it.
  • 5. Toss the cooked linguine into the cowboy butter sauce and stir well to coat the pasta.
  • 6. Top the linguine with sliced chicken and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
