Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
- Spread the rice evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Add the chicken on top of the rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Spoon the tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything and cover the dish with foil.

- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the rice is fluffy.
Serving
- Serve hot right from the oven, preferably with a side salad or warm pita bread.
- Drizzle extra tzatziki sauce on top before serving for added flavor.
Notes
