  • 3-4 cups vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions) Feel free to substitute with other vegetables like celery or bell peppers.
  • 1 can broth (chicken or beef) For a lower sodium option, use low-sodium broth.
  • 1 packet seasoning mix (like ranch or Italian) You can create your own seasoning blend if preferred.

Preparation
  1. Place the meat in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add chopped vegetables around the meat.
  3. Pour the broth over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This dish is excellent for meal prep! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, add a little extra broth if it seems too thick.
