Preparation
- Place the meat in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chopped vegetables around the meat.
- Pour the broth over the top.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This dish is excellent for meal prep! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, add a little extra broth if it seems too thick.
