- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. For best results, let them air-dry uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix gently.
- Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer without touching.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip each wing, then bake another 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For best results, use a wire rack to allow air circulation. Avoid overcrowding the tray. If storing, reheat wings in the oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
