Ingredients
  

For the Feta Filling

  • 8 oz Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Use full-fat for a smooth filling
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

For the Rolls

  • 10 sheets Phyllo dough Keep covered with a damp towel
  • ¼ cup Olive oil For brushing phyllo

For Serving

  • ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce For drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Honey For drizzling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top.
  • Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll tightly.
  • Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, heat sweet chili sauce and honey together until combined.
  • Drizzle the chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best texture. Offer extra sweet chili honey on the side for dipping and pair with a fresh salad or warm sides.
