Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Stir in orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes until creamy.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
