Preparation

Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
Frosting
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the vanilla, orange juice, and orange zest until well blended.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled bars.
Topping
- Melt the additional white chocolate and drizzle it over the frosted bars.
- Top with roughly chopped cranberries.
- Allow the chocolate to set before cutting into squares.
