Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently flatten each ball and sprinkle with decorative sugar or sprinkles.
Baking
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can freeze the cookie dough for up to three months.
