  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For chicken marinade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces Pita bread For serving wrapped
  • 2 cups Lettuce Shredded
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 piece Cucumber, diced

For the Tzatziki

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ piece cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For tzatziki
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts well.
  • Grill or pan-fry the chicken until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice thin.
  • For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Warm the pita bread.

Assembly

  • Place sliced chicken inside the warm pita.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
  • Drizzle the feta tzatziki over the top and serve.

Notes

Pound chicken for even cooking, let rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Drain cucumber well for thicker tzatziki. Serve with lemon wedges and optional sides like fries or salad.
