Preparation

  • Start by shredding the cooked chicken into small pieces. If using a rotisserie chicken, pull it apart with your hands or forks.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Stir until the chicken is well coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla, folding in the sides to secure the filling. Place the wraps seam-side down.

Cooking

  • For a crispy finish, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the wraps seam-side down for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Store leftover wraps in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or microwave for 1-2 minutes. Assemble wraps ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to a day.
