- Add the heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat.
- Stir in the matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni. Cook until the pasta is tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted and creamy.
