  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa For serving

For the Stroganoff

  • 1 can Canned venison
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Egg noodles (cooked)

For the Soup

  • 2 lbs Canned venison or fresh venison
  • 3 medium Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 2 stalks Celery (diced)
  • 1 cup Red wine Optional, for flavor

Instructions
 

Taco Preparation

  • Heat canned venison in a skillet.
  • Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  • Serve in warm tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa.

Stroganoff Preparation

  • Sauté sliced mushrooms in a pan.
  • Add canned venison and mix in heavy cream.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Soup Preparation

  • Simmer venison, carrots, onion, and celery in a broth for 2 hours.
  • Add red wine and season to taste before serving.
  • Serve with crusty bread.
