  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain away the excess grease.
  • Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the 9x13 dish.
  • Top the crescent rolls with the cooked sausage.
  • Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  • Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh fruit or a green salad. For extra flavor, add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Can be made ahead of time and stored for later.
