Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix pre-packaged or homemade
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Optional Additions

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced optional
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated with the sauce. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.

Assembly

  • Take a flour tortilla and lay it out flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a portion of the BBQ chicken mixture evenly in the center of the tortilla.
  • Add a generous amount of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  • If desired, sprinkle chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese over the coleslaw.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and tightly roll it up, starting from the bottom.
  • Repeat steps 3-7 with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  • Once all wraps are prepared, cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Cut in half for easy eating. Pair with chips, a side salad, or pickles.
