  • ½ cup balsamic glaze For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  • In a medium-sized baking dish, combine the goat cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Mix all the ingredients well and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.

Finishing Touches

  • After baking, take the dip out of the oven and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Serve warm with crostini or toasted bread.

Notes

For the best flavor, serve the dip warm. The texture should be creamy but not overly blended. Avoid overbaking, as it may dry out. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days and reheated before serving.
