- In a saucepan, combine chopped fruit, sugar, and water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until fruit breaks down.
- Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a container. Let it cool completely.
- Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice. Add 2–4 tablespoons of the cooled syrup.
- Pour in club soda slowly and stir gently to combine.
- Optional: Add a tablespoon of cream for an Italian Cremosa style. Stir gently.
Notes
Try mixing flavors like strawberry and coconut for a 'Tiger’s Blood' twist. For a lighter version, skip the cream and add extra sparkling water.
