Preparation

Assembly
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on one half of each tortilla.
- Spoon the warm apple mixture over the cheese, then fold the tortillas in half to create a half-moon shape.
Cooking
- Wipe out the skillet and add a bit more butter if necessary.
- Cook the quesadillas on medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Let the quesadillas cool slightly before slicing them into wedges.
- Serve them warm and enjoy!
