  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with the garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat shrimp dry before mixing so the butter and cheese stick well. Do not overcook; check at 10 minutes for medium-size shrimp. Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet for even cooking. If using large shrimp, add 1-2 minutes to bake time. For added brightness, consider adding lemon zest or juice before serving.
