  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with the garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat shrimp dry before mixing so the butter and cheese stick well. Do not overcook; check at 10 minutes for medium-size shrimp. Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet for even cooking. If using large shrimp, add 1-2 minutes to bake time. For added brightness, consider adding lemon zest or juice before serving.
